This policy explains how Pursue (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you contact us, book with us, or sign up for text messages.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number and email address; details of your appointments and the services you book; messages you send us by text or email; and, when you call us, a recording and transcript of the call (you are told at the start of the call when it is recorded).

How we use it

To book, confirm, remind you about and manage your appointments; to answer your questions; to tell you about openings and when a repeat visit may be due, if you have agreed to receive those messages; and to keep the records our business is required to keep.

Text messages

We text you only if you have given us your number and agreed to receive texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your appointments.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who processes it for us

We rely on telephone carriers, a messaging provider, an AI provider that helps answer messages and calls, authentication, payment and cloud hosting providers. They process information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your information. Businesses that use our platform control the information about their own customers; their own privacy policies apply to it.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. Records of your consent to receive texts, and of any opt-out, are kept as evidence of what you agreed to.

Health information

If we are a healthcare provider, your medical information is also covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which this policy does not replace.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Contact us at the contact details on our website.
